Project 52

Project 52 is a fun way to make goals each year. The idea is you list out 52 goals you want to complete in the coming year and for every one you do not complete you must give $5 to your favorite charity at the end of the year. I do a mixture of serious and fun goals. I think fun goals are important because they make us stop and enjoy life and the serious goals are important because they make us become better people. Plus if you don’t complete everything on the list your money is going to a good cause. It’s a win/win for everyone!

Here’s how I did in 2011.

So onto 2012! Here is it is:

  1. Save more money than I did in 2011 (that’s how I am quantifying that one)
  2. Volunteer
  3. Try to get pregnant and sustain the pregnancy. You can read my story here, here, here, here and here.
  4. Order room service
  5. Go to one live sporting event
  6. Be cleaner
  7. Control my temper
  8. Do not let the scale control my mood

  25. Learn to sew a button back on (right now Keith is my go-to man for problems such a these)
  26. Stretch more
  27. Clean out my spare (hope to be baby) room’s closet. It is scary in there!
  28. Give up my reliance on protein bars for snacks

I love this Kelly! Great positive goals. I’m with you on the temper one. And the cookbook – yours and mine…well I don’t have 1 yet ;)
