christmas cookie HIIT
Nothing feels better, to me, than an after Christmas workout. Yesterday our Xmas spread was a roasted turkey, honeybaked ham, macaroni and cheese, sweet potato casserole, asparagus, raw broccoli salad, green bean casserole, cornbread dressing, cranberry sauce, pecan pie, blackberry pie, pumpkin gingerbread trifle, fudge, cookies, more cookies and more cookies.
Did I mention there were only 9 of us?
So to the treadmill I went today! Not wanting to spend a ton of time of the treadmill (I do have priorities people!) I opted for a HIIT workout that did not disappoint!

DO IT! It takes 30 minutes, you feel a million times better, and then you can go eat more leftovers and Christmas cookies!
Winning.
This will be perfect for my gym session this afternoon before our 3rd holiday celebration tonight!
You go girl! I am going to give this a try later today! I hit the gym yesterday (it is a 24 hr, key entry gym) to escape the Christmas toy craziness for an hour! I was the ONLY person there and it was heavenly. Came home a much better wife/mom. I am going to give this a try later…thanks!
I’m printing this for tomorrow for sure! Thanks!
I get so bored on the treadmill so this quick workout would be fabulous! I love HIIT workouts! 🙂
