new year’s eve

December 27, 2011

Yesterday I saw the movie New Year’s Eve. I thought it was cute.

I learned a few things:

  • I like movies with a lot of famous actors and actresses…it makes it more fun!
  • When did Annabel Breslin grow up? I swear she was just wearing a fat suit in Little Miss Sunshine?!
  • Bon Jovi is HOT
  • I am still not a Kathryn Heigl or Sarah Jessica Parker fan (sorry!)
  • Michelle Pheiffer stole the show
  • It made me want to be somewhere really cool on New Year’s Eve
  • And seriously, what do I have to do to have Lea Michele’s voice?!

Seen any good movies lately?

I don’t think I’m raelly a big fan of Katherine Heigl either. I’m not sure what it is about her, but she just drives me nuts.

I saw Like Crazy. I really liked it although it’s sort of depressing. It made me think a lot about the concept of soulmates and if there really is just one person for everyone or it’s more situational.

This one’s on my to-see list! I’m not a huge Katherine fan either and I tend to only like SJP when she’s playing Carrie Bradshaw. Boo!

That is EXACTLY how I feel. I only like SJP as Carrie Bradshaw but not as any other character.

You forgot to mention how much fun we had 🙂 And the idiot guy at the ticket counter! Loved this movie 🙂

I’m hoping to catch this one on Redbox. I’m not a SJP fan either, although I did love in in Girls Just Wanna Have Fun and may have watched that movie at least 20 times growing up. 🙂
