i’m so sappy

November 18, 2011

I know I talk about my husband, Keith, a lot on this blog.

We’ve been married 5 1/2 years and I love him more with each passing day.

Yesterday I tweeted that seeing commercials for Dr. Phil’s Marriage Meltdown makes me feel lucky.

Like seriously lucky.

We laugh a lot.

We conquer obstacles together

We’re silly together

He sticks by me through bad haircuts

He makes me feel like the most beautiful girl in the room

I can [and do] tell him anything and everything

He supports all my dreams

He’s romantic

But really he is just my very best friend

Are you in the mood to be sappy? Tell me who makes your life better?

You guys are the best! While we’re being sappy, I’ll say that I don’t know what I would do without Lee. He is always the calm one that can bring me down and back to reality when I’m being my normal crazy self and he supports whatever I want to do. I don’t know what I would do without him!

Aww, this is so sweet and you two make a beautiful couple. I feel this way about my boyfriend and I can’t imagine what my life would be like without him.I find different ways to tell him that and I just love how when I do something to express it, whether I say it or show him how I feel, he hugs me from behind and tickle tackles me to either my bed or the ground and it feels so wonderful.

    What a beautiful couple 🙂

I feel the same way about Andy – there’s just something about having a partner that makes life so much better.

Sappy, maybe. But your happiness shines through in your words and photos. I got a pretty wonderful partner too and think often how he got the short end of the stick. 🙂 I feel bad for those in bad marriages, as they have no idea how a good marriage can fulfill, rejuvenate and provide contentment and security.

This is such a great post Kelly. This is the kind of thing I want . . .someone I can 100% be me and have fun with. I think thats more important than anything else.

What a wonderful story! I feel like you always see everywhere how people get married and then they’re not as happy and it’s a constant struggle, but this is a wonderfully happy story! Thanks for sharing 🙂
