keith strikes again

Keith regularly beats me up. Er…let me rephrase. Keith regularly writes me workouts that beat me up. Much better. This past weekend was no different. Keith strikes again:
- Push ups (20)
- Rollouts (20)
- Skaters (20 each leg)
- High Plank Mountain Climbers (40 each leg)
- Wall Squat w/ ball (30)
- Russian Twists (15 each side)
- Crunches (35)
- Box Jumps (15)
- Reverse Lunge w/ Med. Ball Rotation (15 each leg)
- Dips (25)
- Cheerleader Squats (12 each leg)
- Supermans (20)
REPEAT ENTIRE PROGRAM THREE TIMES
It’s good thing he is so cute or I might not be his friend on days like this! ha!
Great (hard and exhausting) workout! I think I’m going to copy and complete this one in a few days 🙂 I need to mix up my routine…!

Yeah until I did the one he wrote for me today! GOOD LORD! My husband is insane! 🙂 I will have to post this one next week.
Ah! Can I hire him to be my Personal Trainer? Please? 😉

Keith works you hard. Holy goodness. One day I will get up the nerve to try one of his workouts.
Mountain climbers are one of my arch nemesis’, but great workout. I tended to stick my boo-tay way too high and thought they were really easy. The when I was corrected I really felt em. Great workout! I’ll have to do this tomorrow!

Meant to ask you when I saw this workout- but what exactly is a ‘cheerleader lunge?’ Never heard of it.
Hum. Let me see if I can explain it. You start in a squat position with one dumbbell your right hand. As you lift you right hand overhead the opposite leg goes back into a lunge. Does that make sense???
