I am blown away.

Like really blown away by the amazing comments on my last post.

Seriously. It warms my heart all the people out there standing up for true HEALTH and what HEALTHY means.

I got some awesome emails too with personal stories of growth and triumph.

You guys rock.

I will admit sometimes I get a little nervous about my more ballsy posts. But I have promised myself to always be honest and tell it like it is (through my eyes) and I am not one to turn away from the hard topics. So thanks for all the encouragement and I really really hope that posts like those go a long way in helping all of us to be TRULY HEALTHY.

So with that, I wish each and every one of you a Happy July 4th! I hope you enjoy the day with friends or family and maybe even see some fireworks tonight.
