sing me a song

April 26, 2011

Day 11 of the 30 day challenge is to put my IPOD on shuffle and list the first 10 songs that show up. Easy enough….

  1. Akon: Beautiful
  2. Pitbull: Hey Baby <—-currently my favorite workout song!
  3. Train: Marry Me
  4. Fergie: Big Girls Don’t Cry
  5. Journey: Don’t Stop Believing
  6. Grey’s Anatomy Cast: The Story <—-I know a lot of you hated the musical edition of Grey’s Anatomy but I LOVED it!!
  7. One Republic: Secrets
  8. Christina Perri: Jar of Hearts
  9. Katy Perry: Teenage Dream <—-I tell Keith this is how he makes me feel! haha! Cheeseball!
  10. Nastaha Bedingfield: Strip Me

Quite the eclectic mix. I like all kinds of music. It’s funny because no country music came up but I have my fair share of country downloaded to my IPOD. I am not really picky. I am not a huge fan of heavy metal type music because it puts me on edge and makes me nervous.

Favorite Song of all time? Me: She Will Be Loved by Maroon 5.

I have to laugh about the Fergie song — I had a coworker a few years ago (he also worked as a personal trainer, was in weight lifting competitions, ate only chicken breasts and protein shakes) — and he loved that song. It was so hilarious because the other music he loved was really heavy metal type stuff.

Hey Baby is also currently one of my favorite workout songs! It’s hard for me to narrow down one all-time favorite song, but today I’ll choose ‘Wonderwall’ by Oasis. 🙂

haha that’s a fun challenge! I think my favorite song of all time would have to be Iron and Wine “She lays in the reins”
we danced to it at our wedding! 🙂

Love love love Train’s “Marry Me” and I really like Christina Perri. Sara Barellias is one of my favorite and will probably pop up on mine.
